A major contributor to procrastination is having a huge to-do list staring us in the face. James used to procrastinate a lot when all he had was a to-do list. But, since he’s using SkedPal, he’s doing much better. Let’s see why.

Every morning, when James starts his work, he has a short list of to-do’s for that day. This list has been carefully curated by SkedPal.

And, if he drifts into something different, all he has to do to is to ask SkedPal to reschedule the rest of his day. By clicking on UPDATE SCHEDULE, any task that is not completed, shifts to a new time when James is available.

It’s worth noting that each time James postpones a task, the window of available time to complete the task is reduced. And, SkedPal warns him with an icon.

In fact, he can look at his entire calendar and see the days and times in the week where he can’t afford to postpone tasks. This contrasts with more flexible times when he can move tasks around without being penalizes.
